Order by 9pm for next-day delivery between 5–7am, or choose your preferred delivery date in advance.

Each bouquet is designed as a seasonal hand-tied bouquet using the freshest flowers available at our studio.
For next-day orders placed before 9pm, the bouquet will be created with studio-available seasonal flowers. Specific flower varieties or colours cannot be guaranteed for next-day orders.
For pre-booked delivery on a preferred date, colour tones or general mood requests are available from Medium size and above, subject to seasonal and market availability.
All designs are created in Barley’s soft, refined, Korean-inspired floral style. We do not copy reference images exactly, but we are happy to follow your preferred colour direction or overall mood where possible.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Barley Flower Studio operates on a pre-order, made-to-order basis. Every bouquet and product is carefully crafted using the finest seasonal blooms based on your specific requests. Please review our policy below:
1. No Refunds or Exchanges
• As all products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
• Once the production process has begun, refunds or order modifications are not possible.
2. Issue Resolution
• If your order arrives with significant damage or quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, including photos, via barleyflowerstudio@gmail.com. We will promptly review the situation and provide a resolution.
• We are unable to offer compensation for issues caused by improper care or storage after delivery.
3. Order Changes and Cancellations
• You may request order changes or cancellations before the production process begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations are not available.

Your bouquet will be delivered quietly to the doorstep between 5–7am. We will not ring the doorbell unless specifically requested. Once the flowers have been delivered, we will send you a message to let you know they have arrived.
Please make sure the delivery address, recipient name, phone number, and any access instructions are correct at the time of order.
As this is an early morning doorstep delivery service, Barley Flower Studio is not responsible for flowers once they have been safely delivered to the address provided.
