RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Barley Flower Studio operates on a pre-order, made-to-order basis. Every bouquet and product is carefully crafted using the finest seasonal blooms based on your specific requests. Please review our policy below:
1. No Refunds or Exchanges
• As all products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
• Once the production process has begun, refunds or order modifications are not possible.
2. Issue Resolution
• If your order arrives with significant damage or quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, including photos, via barleyflowerstudio@gmail.com. We will promptly review the situation and provide a resolution.
• We are unable to offer compensation for issues caused by improper care or storage after delivery.
3. Order Changes and Cancellations
• You may request order changes or cancellations before the production process begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations are not available.
