Private Commission is a bespoke floral service reserved for clients whose gestures call for absolute discretion — brand and marketing teams sending to valued partners, corporate gifting between trusted relationships, and individuals for whom privacy is a necessity.From our signature hand-tied bouquet to giant statement pieces, each commission is designed exclusively for its recipient and finished in Barley's signature Korean-style wrapping.

No design created under Private Commission is ever photographed for, or shared across, our social media, website, or portfolio.Every bouquet is hand-delivered personally by our florist, never by a third-party courier, so the recipient's name, address, and contact details never leave our studio.

Please Note

• Private Commission is personally designed by Boli, Head Artist of Barley Flower Studio. Each bouquet is created using the finest seasonal flowers available, carefully selected according to the season and daily market availability.

• Signature Large from £180, Signature Deluxe from £260, Signature Luxury from £340, and Giant from £400 / £550 / £700. Prices may vary depending on the flowers selected, and additional costs may apply for bespoke customisation.

• After placing your order, our team will contact you privately to discuss colour palette, mood, scale, and any special requests.

• All sender and recipient details are held in strict confidence and used solely for delivery.

• Every bouquet is hand-delivered in our private studio vehicle. Once your booking is confirmed, we will review the delivery address and send you the delivery fee separately.

• All flowers are sourced the day before or on the day of creation, ensuring every bouquet is crafted using the freshest and highest-quality blooms available.

A minimum 2-day pre-order is required for this bouquet.

Barley Flower Studio operates on a pre-order, made-to-order basis. Every bouquet and product is carefully crafted using the finest seasonal blooms based on your specific requests. Please review our policy below:

1. No Refunds or Exchanges

• As all products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

• Once the production process has begun, refunds or order modifications are not possible.

2. Issue Resolution

• If your order arrives with significant damage or quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, including photos, via barleyflowerstudio@gmail.com. We will promptly review the situation and provide a resolution.

• We are unable to offer compensation for issues caused by improper care or storage after delivery.

3. Order Changes and Cancellations

• You may request order changes or cancellations before the production process begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations are not available.
